The Transformation Series

I had to do an assignment in one of my drawing classes called "Transformation." I had to show the transformation from one thing to another. We could do it as a comic, in different panels, or as one completed drawing. I chose to do this:

This is one of the pieces I'm the most proud of. As a result, I've branched off with the same concept and did a variety of smaller drawings, and completed one other larger piece.


Originally this wasn't a part of the project, but I decided to include it because it's fitting to the general theme.


This eventually turned into the basic design for my first tattoo. :)
